We will list your home on the Louisville Board of Realtors MLS for a fee of $500. You will also receive the following:

The MLS is the primary search tool that real estate agents utilize when they search for a home for their client. Your home listing will included multiple color photos, detailed features regarding your home including price, square footage, bedrooms, bathrooms, and information that is important to you, the owner of the property.
DISCLOSURES AND PURCHASE AGREEMENTS
We provide the seller disclosure of the property condition, which is completed by the seller and is accessible to Real Estate agents online. A seller disclosure should be available for buyers without an agent who view your home. We will provide you with all the necessary paperwork.
INTERNET LISTINGS
Your home listing, which includes color photos, will appear on multiple real estate websites. Buyers will be able to locate and view your home online.
